Thoreau had it right when he wrote, “I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach…”. Not only can we discover what life has to offer, but we can realize our brain’s full potential. After spending some time in the woods disconnected from the internet, you may notice a significant increase in your ability to focus.
